Multi-Client InterfaceYour POS system integrates with the Enabler at the client level. Our API reduces the complexity of integration, by providing a ready built User Interface, which the developer can place on their own application form and immediately have working forecourt control. Real time access is gained to forecourt status, deliveries and other events. (XML schema are provided for custom client environment development).

Enabler’s client-server architecture allows more than one application (e.g. Multi POS) to share the same forecourt, without the usual design complexities of multiple POS terminals.

Easy IntegrationEnabler Ethernet is designed for easy integration with modern POS systems. Leveraging key API functions means only 2-3 person weeks of development effort is needed. The pump control user interface is pre-built (ActiveX and .NET only) therefore no GUI development by the integrator is required.

Web-based Setup & MaintenanceThrough the ethernet connection, Enabler Ethernet allows full configuration, diagnosis and maintenance to be performed globally using any device with a suitable web browser, including tablets. No external configuration software or tools are required and a configuration file can be downloaded to any number of sites.

The web interface has been tested to be compatible with all major browsers.

Remote Site Monitor One of the powerful features of the Enabler Ethernet web enabled environment is the Site Monitor which allows actual forecourt activity to be monitored from any location in real time. Site owners, managers or supervisors can watch current activity on every pump from any web enabled device such as a PC, iPad or other tablet.

As well as the real time view of forecourt activity, for every filling position, a list of recent Events and Deliveries can be seen. This allows quick remote review of any pump’s recent history in case of reported issues.

Integrated ReportingEnabler Ethernet support includes built in reporting on fuel transactions and pump/system events, accessible locally or remotely. Powerful filters are provided to allow the user to drill down for specific details, whether for sales reporting or for remote support diagnostics.

Reports are based on Enabler Ethernet’s real time activity and as soon as it happens, relevant information is accessible to any authorised user - whenever and wherever it is required.

Flexible and Configurable Enabler Ethernet is built on ITL’s long experience with forecourt interfacing and its interfaces are the same as used and proven in the PCI/PCIe versions of our platform. All the hardware is specifically designed for the operational and regulatory aspects of our industry and designed for the rugged nature of the environment.

Compact PDM As part of the Enabler Ethernet platform, ITL has designed a family of plug in interface cards with optical isolation and supporting major pump interfaces globally. Each PDM includes two part connectors for pump wiring, allowing heavy wiring to be connected and then just plugged into the PDMs. Should a PDM ever need replacement because of a change of pump type or damage, they can be plugged out and the replacement simply plugged in.

Each PDM includes built in indicator LEDs which show clearly the status of communications with the forecourt

and which are visible through the clear poly carbonate panel in the Embedded housing. PDMs plug directly in, eliminating troublesome cable connections.

International SupportSupport for local languages has always been a hallmark of ITL products and this support continues in Enabler Ethernet as it is fully Unicode aware and the configuration web pages supports multiple languages.

Built in language translations exist for English, Spanish and Chinese (Simplified). Partial language implementations for French, Indonesian, Italian, Portuguese, Thai, Russian and Slovenian.
