  • Graduates Without All 4 EOCs EOC Early Warning Report Districts can use the EOC Early Warning Report within IC. OAA will provide DACs with a list of seniors missing EOC scores or with a non-participation to assist with roster cleanup. Data Management Center You may also use the Data Management Center for EOC tracking. https://assessment.jefferson.kyschools.us/DMC/ When spring testing rosters open in late April, accountability rosters for graduates will contain students with and without EOC exam scores. Districts will be able to file non-participations in SDRR during spring rosters - Information will be shared through BAC emails. All students should be tested or the graduating accountable school will receive the lowest test score for missing exams. 10

S. History Collaborate with teachers to determine which of the students will and/or will not be successfully completing (passing all components)the course. Compare this list to the list of students on the Data Management Center to determine any students who have previously tested. https://assessment.jefferson.kyschools.us/DMC/ https://assessment.jefferson.kyschools.us/DMC/ When in doubt order a test! Order units based upon the number of students who will most likely complete the assessment. When in doubt order a test! The Testing Unit will automatically order a small overage for you.

  • Clean Up Your Rosters 26 You MUST clean up Quality Core rosters (immediately after testing) and SDRR rosters (during spring testing)! For 2013-14 we found 795 students who were listed as having no test submitted. If roster cleanup is not completed YOUR school will receive a NOVICE for any student who is left on a roster!!

  • EOC Pre-Printed Materials If you move a student from one roster to another after the materials have been printed you will NOT be able to use the pre-printed materials. Materials are printed with roster information included in the barcode. Moving a student and using the pre-printed materials WILL delay scoring. If you need to move a student to a different roster DO NOT use the pre-printed book, instead you will need to bubble the students demographics on a blank book. 35
