INDIVIDUAL SOLUTIONS FOR CEMENT INDUSTRIES Enexco Teknologies India Limited was incorporated in May 1985 as a specialist in material handling equipment, includ-ing packing plant systems for the cement industry. Enexco has so far been focused primarily on grinding units, cement import and export terminals, material handling systems, silos, packing and loading plants, and process automation systems for the cement industry, where it has become an undisputed market leader.

In 2011, Enexco became a member of the BEUMER Group, which enabled the Group to expand its operations in India and enhance its market presence in the cement industry.

Enexco has now begun to diversify into synergistic areas in a rapidly changing business scenario. The strategic areas identi�ed are raw meal, slag, and cement grinding through the installation of ball mill systems as well as EPC contracts within the boundaries of the Republic of India.

Enexco is now collaborating with world-renowned companies. Its manufacturing facility at Naurangpur, Gurgaon (Haryana), 30 kilometers from New Delhi, is equipped with CNC machines and deploys quality-control systems to achieve international/DIN standards. Spread over 22,000 m2, the manufacturing unit is equipped with a machine and fabrication shop, shot blast-ing and painting shop. The company has received an ISO 9001-2008 certi�cate from M/s ABS Quality Evaluation Inc., USA for Quality Management Systems. Enexco’s strength is its commitment to customer as well as its vast experience in design and manufacturing. Enexco strives to advance in product technology and to introduce best-practice management systems and culture into the company. Bucket elevator

As a standard practice, the mid casings of the bucket elevators are assembled in our workshop to minimize assembly and on-site installation time.

BUCKET ELEVATORSEnexco’s bucket elevators are most technically advanced in design and have been successfully working at 150 cement plants in India and abroad for years. Enexco has supplied both steel cord belt as well as single and double strand chain bucket elevators with a total installation of over 700 bucket elevators in global cement industry in the last 15 years. We also have to our credit to supply world’s tallest and second tallest bucket elevator with a centre to centre distance of 171 Mtrs repeatingly and chain bucket eleva-tors with a capacity up to 1400 tph.

Whether it’s vertical or horizontal – when it comes to transporting bulk material quickly and e�ciently, Enexco always has an economic solution at hand. Hundreds of conveying installations and repeat business are proof of the satisfac-tion of our client base, which has been multiplied within the global cement industry by Enexco specialists.

The deep-drawn pans and buckets are made from extra deep-drawn quality sheets at our factory. The critical com-ponents including chains, replaceable segments for the drive and tail sprocket, and supporting rollers are imported from world-renowned manufac turers in Germany.

DEEP-PAN CONVEYORSEnexco’s deep-pan conveyors and deep-bucket conveyors have been in success-ful operation at several cement plants in cement industries for many years. The deep-pan conveyors are manufactured in collaboration with M/s. Intercern Engineering GmbH, Germany.

Grinding technology

GRINDING UNITS/EP/EPCEnexco offers complete grinding solutionsfor raw meal, cement, and slag grinding with ball mills. They are custom-designed to our clients’ speci�c work process requirements. Our process expertise and manufacturing facilities also allow us to offer our clients complete installation and commissioning of grinding units on a turnkey/semi-turnkey basis.The ball mills range from 3.2 dia to 5.0 dia to meet the diverse capacities required by the industry. They are also designed with both bolted and boltless liners that successfully meet speci�c process requirements.

HIGH-EFFICIENCY CLASSIFIERSEnexco offers the latest fourth-generationhigh-ef�ciency classi�er for applications like cement, raw, coal, and �y ash grinding. Made of top-quality high wear-resistant materials like HARDOX 400, the classi�er provides optimal protection against wear and tear and so is very well established in India and abroad.

The HEC is capable of handling very high speci�c material loads. As a result of its turbo design, the HEC’s power consump-tion is very low. And �nally, its unique turbine blade design increases the sepa-ration zone by �ve to ten times compared with other designs.

ENEXCO FILLPACThe BEUMER �llpac® series offers �lling systems for any requirement – perfectlyadapted to the �ow behaviour and grain size of the product. They are used for reliable, gentle, and sustainable bagging of building materials, cement, minerals, and chemicals.

The turbine rotary �lling machines BEUMER �llpac® R and turbine inline �lling machines BEUMER �llpac® I are best suited for free- �owing, �ne-grained products such as cement or any other powdery material. Their motorised impellers ensure a extremely high �lling pressure, which achieves the optimal compaction of the �ne-grained materials.

In order to successfully compete, packaging and palletising the final product must always keep pace with production. In harsh environ-ments like that of the cement industry, this cannot be taken for granted. But thanks to our many years of experience with more than 400 installations in this area, as well as our close collaboration with international packaging specialists, we are able to o�er highly e�cient packaging solu-tions with exceptional availability.

BAG APPLICATORBecause more and more cement plants in India are demanding advanced packing and loading automation, Enexco developed an automatic bag placer suitable for HDPE, PP, and paper bags. The BAGPACK™ has a capacity of 2,400/3,600 bags/hour, which is in line with the capacity of our packing machine. The bag placer can also be supplied with different magazines to suit the layout of existing packing plants. This allows customers whose installations have space constraints to automate their packing plant. The bag placer has already proven its ability to increase the through-put and ef�ciency of packing plants.

ENEXCO PACKAGING AND PALLETISING

WAGON LOADINGEnexco wagon-loading machines areavailable in two models to suit the loading requirements of all types of closed-body wagons. These machines are suitable for BCN, BCH, BCX, and NL wagons.

Both machines are designed to handledifferent wagon sizes and working condi-tions with maximum operator comfort. The machines are compact, steady, and easy to maintain.

TRUCK LOADINGThe Enexco truck-loading machines are either �oor or roof mounted, which allows them to load all types and sizes of trucks and trailers. The three-dimensional, adjustable truck-loading machine with slewing and luf�ng movements enables the operator to easily load the trucks.

AVAILABLE MODELS

›› Model ENWL 5000, a rail-mounted wagon-loading machine with three-dimensional movement and telescopic loading conveyor offers luffing as well as slewing arrangement. This model is best suited for loading both sides of a platform.

›› Model ENWL 4000 is also rail-mounted, and is the most economical version for situations where only single-sided platform loading is needed.
