WIB l Our OutreachYoung Women In Bio (YWIB)This inspiring WIB program creates programs and events geared towards middle and high school girls, encouraging them to consider the life sciences as a career choice. The events ignite girls’ curiosity in biotechnology, while nurturing a business and entrepreneurial spirit.

Executive Women In Bio (EWIB)EWIB strives to be a foundational resource for women in executive roles; empowering them to be the best leaders and influencers they can be. We champion for greater diversity by substantially bolstering the presence of women in the C-suites and boardrooms of life science companies.

Women In Bio Boardroom ReadyThis program prepares exceptionally qualified WIB members for board service. It provides board certification training in financial literacy, board governance, financial strategy, crisis management, investor relations, and more. WIB offers assistance in seeking public and private corporate board opportunities.

Mentorship, Advisors, Peers and Sponsorship (MAPS) Women In Bio’s mentoring programs support women and girls in various stages of their life sciences journey. Whether it be one-on-one or peer pearning, we mentor those in STEM programs, pntry/mid-level women, executives, and life science entrepreneurs.
