The nature and demands of our sport and industry are such that inevitably
some installations will require parts that are not contained in our standard
product range. Where required Goodridge can provide a service to supply
special parts, which allows the customer access to Goodridge Engineering.
A complete service can be provided; specification, design and quotation
through to the supply of the finished component. Goodridge will liaise
closely with you, the customer. When urgency demands, a 48 hour
turnaround is possible.
Our Design Office is equipped with 3D CAD technology. Drawings can be
received and transmitted in most formats to ensure good flow of information.
The knowledge and experience of hose and fitting technology gained over 35
years in this field can be drawn on to design special hose fittings, adaptors,
hardline assemblies, tooling and associated products.

Hard anodised and colour coded in sizes, these alloy wrenches are
specifically designed for use with alloy hose ends and adaptors. Their
short handles allow use in tight spots and discourage overtightening.
The 3/8” wide jaws reduce the possibility of fitting damage.

-03 PUSHER
SP-824
PART NO
SP 824
The pushing machine is designed for high volume assembly applications for
600-03 series hose and swage type fittings. It can be adapted for other hose
and fittings as required
Hose clamp blocks to suit 600-03 hose are supplied with the machine.
Other clamp blocks can be supplied on request, to enable assembly of
other hose types. eg 600-03CL and 185 power steering hose.
HOSE ASSEMBLY MACHINE
The Hose assembly machine is supplied with shaft adaptors to enable the
assembly of most -03 swage type fittings. Other shaft adaptors can be
supplied to enable other fittings to be assembled e.g. power steering hose.
