INTRODUCTION

English for Hospitality and Tourism is a book aimed to those who study specific English for hospitality, cooking and tourism. It has been created and aimed to be used in vocational training studies or any other course related to hospitality and tourism where English for specific purposes is taught.

The book consist of 9 units, five for the first year and four for the second one. Each unit contains exercises to practise the different aspects and skills of the English language: Vocabulary, Grammar, Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing. At the end of the book the student will find a glossary with the key terms of each unit, the scrips of the recordings, extra speaking activities, a list of irregular verbs, a list of the main phrasal verbs and a grammar reference.

The teacher’s include the audio CD and the key to all the activities and exams for each term.
