Precautions for safety
Q1. What kind of milk do I use?A. Please use whole milk. Low-fat milk or other processed milk(added with calcium, DHA, vitamin) are not proper for fermentation.Q2. I failed to make yogurt.A. General fermentation time is 8 to 10 hours (In the winter 10-12 hours). If it is still liquid, please leave it in the yogurt maker for a couple of hours more. You can leave it for about 24 hours. But do not pour boiling water again.
Q3. There is yellow liquid on yogurt.A. This is whey that is naturally produced when you make dairy products. Whey is a healthy substance containing vitamin and this whey separation phenomenon means there is no food additives like milk coagulating agent or tranquilizing drug. We recommend you to mix it with yogurt and eat it together. Q4. How long can yogurt be stored?A. After you make yogurt, do not pass 10 days of storage time in refrigerator and have it within 3 ~ 5 days as much as possible. At this time, the activity of the lactobacillus is best.
Q5. The Jar lid suddenly billowed.A. The jar lid may billow due to air pressure during fermentation. Just press the lid again since it is not an abnormal situation.
