    What is Enneagram

    Insightful system, acting as a multiple mirror that reflects the various facets of an individualsinternal character structure.

    Promotes self awareness, self development, understanding others.

    Origin not known, roots lie in Asia and Middle East 1000s of years ago.

    ennea means nine & gram means something written / drawn referring to 9 points of the model.

    Gives insights into 9 different ways in which people feel, think and behave.

    Not a religion, has psychological and spiritual foundation.

    Powerful tool to develop your emotional intelligence (personal and social competence)

    Social intelligence (inter personal and intra personal intelligence) is critical to overall success in aworkplace.
