SMC Danger Boards & Number Plates

EPP Sheet Molding Compounds (SMC) that are used in compression molding and are suitable for molding extensive range of parts from very small to bigger one and complex shapes. SMC's come in a wide range of colors. SMC's have excellent physical, thermal, ame and chemical resistance properties. As with other thermo sets, SMC is a mixture of polymer resin, inert llers, ber reinforcement, catalysts, pigments, stabilizers, release agents, and thickeners. Manufacturing of SMC is a continuous in-line process. The base components of liquids and solids (paste) are bulk mixed and continuously metered onto to the surface of a carrier/barrier lm, coating the lm surface. Two mirror imaged metering stations operate simultaneously. One of the paste-coated carrier lms are then layered with chopped bers. The 2 carrier webs, paste & ber are then brought together in the compaction section, where the sandwich-like layered components are kneaded into one homogenous compound sheet. The sheet is then fan folded into a container and stored in a controlled environment where maturation takes place, on its way to a specied viscosity.

Our FRP Fencing supplied with pultruded round and square sections as per customer requirements. FRP Pultruded Sections with Polyester Grade Resin composition with Fiberglass. We are using the ASTM D 3917–96 design quality standard.

The perforated type, solid bottom, pre-drilled cable tray are designed for light loads namely instrumentation and control cables and for transition from cable trays to individuals control points. Perforations are on standard 300 mm centers and provide both ventilation and sites for cable tie down.

FRP Ladder Type Cable TrayThe ladder type system comprises two channel side rails connected by transverse rungs. All rungs to side channel connections have both a mechanical and adhesive lock. GRP PolesEPP’s Fiber Glass Poles (G-FRP) are manufactured using winding process. Continuous Fiber Glass roving is fed through unsaturated polyester Resins bath at a constant & even tension on a constantly rotating mandrill. As result, Pole achieves mass with resin to glass roving ratio of 70% : 30 %. All EPP Poles are made with Fire Retardant Grade resin # and special grade additives # to retain strength against UV rays without any deformation through its life.EPP’s Design department has achieved to withstand wind load of 500 Pa at a projected luminaries area of 0.2 m². EPP has most satised customers on the Coastal Roads, Ports & Plants with its extreme climatic conditions to make a statement of quality and strength. However, on a customizedProduct Range of these poles starts from 3.5 M up to 14 M.
