Annuity Contributions Made Easy
Follow just a few simple steps to set up your account:
Log Into Your Account
Enter Your Contributions
You are presented with:
• Maximum contribution limit
• Contributions year to date
• Balance of allowable contributions
You may:
Enter the amount of your contribution
• Select “Make A Payment” from the “Choose an Option” dropdown next to your policy or contract
• From Consolidated Summary, click your policy number
• Then click on the “Online Payment” link

Print Your Receipt
• Review or edit payments
Edit bank information
• Submit the information
• You can make changes up until 4PM (Eastern) that business day.
• Your policy/contract will be credited effective the day of your submission

Save Your Bank Information• Enter your name (Note: For Joint
accounts, enter only one name)
• Enter your ABA routing number located in the lower left corner of your check
• Enter your account number, the number to the right of your ABA number
If you would like to save your banking information and avoid re-entering for future transactions, click “save”.
