THE SOLUTION
Tecnospiro MT, manufactured a regular 3arm Series3 with custom
headmember based on an articulating flat E3.
THE RESULT
It became an ergonomics workplace.

To cover gear worker needs of deburring, brushing and vacuum steel
particles from the final stage of processing bevel gears.
THE SOLUTION
Tecnospiro MT, manufactured a custom solution based on three 3arm
Series3 with locks that allows a quick set up for a variety of dimensions
and shapes of gears.
THE RESULT
Same deburring shape in all gear teeth.
Higher productivity, resulted in a 40% time reduction.
