Scope of IT Advisory:At the highest level, IT Advisory has 3 primary activities in support of Advisory and our clients.
We provide technology support to Advisory Risk and PI, examples:► Finance transformations
requiring technology support in the implementation of BI tools (i.e Hyperion, Business Objects)
► Financial services industry transformations where we provide support through the implementation of industry packages such as GuideWire (insurance claims processing)
► Support to other industry or competency driven packages as agreed

We provide CIO facing services designed to enable the effectiveness and the IT organization including IT transformation where required. Example services include:► IT strategy ► IT architecture► Engineering process► IT organization► Application and
