1. Elza Hissel-McCoy – [email protected] or 301 495-2115 Planning Staff assigned to review most projects in Fenton Village and send recommendations to the Planning

Board. He can direct you to other staff who may be working on different aspects of a project.

2. Françoise Carrier, Chair, The Planning Board [email protected]

3. The staff recommends a position and the Board schedules hearings on Thursday. The public can attend and sign up to testify at a hearing and/or send in written comments. Written comments will be included in the record, if they are received 48 hours before the hearing. Heading of email should include hearing Item #.

4. The Board agenda for Thursday hearings and staff packets with recommendations for each project can be accessed at the Board website http://www.montgomeryplanningboard.org

5. The County Council votes on Master Plans and changes to zoning, but does not weigh in on individual projects, unless there is a request for a Zoning Text Ammendment (ZTA) or some other exemption which may or may not also involve the Hearing Examiner.
