1.0 Introduction In the mid-nineties, after spending the preceding decade studying metaphysics and the power of human potential, Simone M. Matthews was awakened to a vision of establishing a metaphysical school that inspired people to live life ‘outside of the box’ and be active participants in creating conscious evolutionary change. After completing her medical studies in Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine, Nutrition and Body/Mind Medicine, Simone founded ‘Indigo Natural Therapies’ (INT) here in Australia, a multi-modality healing centre, dedicated to empowering people to heal from the inside out. Throughout this time, Simone was also awakening to the cherished wisdoms of our ancient ancestors and began teaching these sacred universal insights and profound healing tools through one-on-one consultations, meditation nights/events and through her website SimoneMMatthews.com In 2003, Simone M. Matthews formalised her school naming it ‘The Universal Life Tools Metaphysical School of Healing’ (ULTMSH). The school offered weekend workshops, Practitioner (and later Teacher courses) in the ancient healing modalities Crystal Light Healing® & Essence of Angels®. Crystal Light Healing® (CLH) was founded and later formally established by Simone in 2003 to awaken people to crystalline wisdom and empower them to weave together ancient traditional healing with leading-edge quantum physics and conscious evolutionary principles. Though only officially established in 2003, Simone had been using CLH in her own healing centre for many years, and included many of the principles of CLH in her teachings through INT. Essence of Angels® (EofA) was founded and later launched by Simone in 2006 to empower people to heal themselves (body/mind/spirit), to awaken intuitive/psychic abilities and to accelerate spiritual development and personal transformation. Though only publicly launched in 2006 as a practitioner course, Simone had been exploring/studying sacred geometry, metaphysics and the elements of creation for over 20 years, and had been creating/using the Essences in her healing centre for many years with hundreds of successful case histories supporting their efficacy. UniversalLifeTools.com website (ULT) was then established by Simone in 2007 (replacing SimoneMMatthews.com) as a free on-line resource of inspiring events, multi-media transformational tools, and community support that empowers people to awaken to their greatest passions, ignite their highest aspirations, and create a life filled with meaning, purpose and infinite LOVE. ULT supports the operations of the ULT Metaphysical School of Healing and disseminates all course information to a global audience. For many years, Simone has held the vision of training like minded souls to become Masters and Teachers of Crystal Light Healing® and Essence of Angels® Healing Modalities. In 2008, Simone facilitated the first Crystal Light Healing® V Teachers Module and after five years of facilitating this course, Simone has graduate Crystal Light Healing® Teachers around Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the USA. The Essence of Angels® Teachers Course was offered for the first time in 2012, qualifying students with a ‘Certificate of Metaphysical Healing – Essence of Angels Master Teacher’. At the time of writing, Simone now has graduate Essence of Angels® Teachers around Australia, Canada and New Zealand. It is Simone’s vision to promote Master Teachers all around the world teaching the principles of Crystal Light Healing® and Essence of Angels®, assisting others to access their innate power within, and become the creative masters of their lives.

The information within ULT is designed to provide tools for the evolution of humanity, helping all souls grow and accomplish their highest soul purpose in this physical experience here of Earth. About the making of the Essence of Angels®

Over many years of metaphysical study and experiential experience in her healing centre, Simone had been working on her own range of crystalline liquid light essences to support the awakening and healing of the body, mind and spirit. It was then during the Harmonic Concordance (astrological alignment on the 8/9 November 2003), Simone was gifted insight into the ancient form of alchemy called ‘Archeon’ which provided the missing link in the production of her liquid essence range. 5.0 Overview of Essence of Angels® Practitioner Workshops The Essence of Angels two day Practitioner workshop is a life changing journey of self-discovery and soul re-connection. The workshop empowers people to take control of their lives and create and fulfill their highest soul potential. The workshop accelerates student’s spiritual development and awakens intuitive and psychic abilities as we move into a Golden Age here on Earth.

Over the two day workshop, students learn how to work with the Archangels from within to promote healing, optimal health, mental clarity, emotional balance and facilitate spiritual enlightenment. Students may complete the two day course for their own personal development, or to graduate as an Essence of Angels Practitioner.

Matthews, whereby students graduate with a Certificate of Metaphysical Healing – Essence of Angels Master Teacher (EAMT). Note: For the September 2013 Essence of Angels Teachers Course in Perth, Simone is facilitating an additional evening on the night prior to the course commencing, please keep reading for additional information. On graduation as an EAMT you will be able to teach the face-to-face Essence of Angels Practitioners Course within Australia or Internationally. 7.0 Course Outline - Essence of Angels® Teachers Course The September 2013 Essence of Angels Teachers Course is a comprehensive mix of learning mediums to assist the assimilation of the information from a body, mind and spirit perspective. The following is an overall outline of what each participant must fulfil in order to graduate with a Certificate of Metaphysical Healing – Essence of Angels Master Teacher (EAMT). Non-Compulsory Essence of Angels Teachers Course – Preparation Essence of Angels Self-Study Course Prior to the 6 day Essence of Angels Teachers course, all enrolled Teacher students are emailed our Essence of Angels Self-Study Course. Whilst this is not compulsory to complete, the Self-Study course does provide a great foundation of information covered in the first two days of Essence of Angels (the two day Practitioner Course). If you have not previously attended an Essence of Angels Practitioner Workshop (or Crystal Light Healing workshop) within our school, then completion of this Self-Study course is highly recommended. The course is self-paced, and would take approximately 15 hours to complete. Of course you are most welcome to complete this self-study course at any time after the 6 day Teacher Course as a great form of revision of the work and to support your Essence of Angels Teachings. Shealla-Dreaming Book Whilst this is not compulsory to complete, it is highly recommended that enrolled Teacher students read Simone’s book ‘Shealla-Dreaming’ prior to the Essence of Angels Teachers Course. Shealla-Dreaming provides an in depth view of the 13 Sacred Keys, the expression of the Archangels, the 8 Dimensions of Creation, as well as a profound insight into the evolution of the Soul. The book is the perfect introduction to the Essence of Angels healing modality. Compulsory Evening with Simone – Sacred Ancient Wisdom – 19 September 2013

The evening prior to the Teachers Course commencing, Simone is facilitating a free introductory evening on ‘Sacred Ancient Wisdom’. This talk will form an essential element of the Essence of Angels Teachers Course, and will be talked about in depth during the course. Evening talk runs from 6.45pm to 9.00pm. Compulsory Essence of Angels Teachers Course – Days 1 & 2 – 20 & 21 September 2013 The first two days of the Essence of Angels Teachers Course is the Essence of Angels 2 day Practitioner Course workshop facilitated by Simone Matthews. This gives all student teachers the opportunity of attending/experiencing the two day Essence of Angels Practitioner course. Day 1 & 2 of the course runs from 9.00am to 6.00pm each day. At the end of the first two days, students graduate with a Certificate of Metaphysical Healing – Essence of Angels Practitioner (EAP) and receive an official A4 Practitioner registration certificate.


Compulsory Essence of Angels Teachers Course – Days 3 to 6 - 23 to 26 September 2013 The next four days of the Essence of Angels Teachers Course (days 3 to 6) are also facilitated by Simone, and will provide detailed teachings on the Archangels, Crystals, Sacred Geometry, Sound, Colour, Subtle bodies, 13 Energy Centre system and a deeper understanding of the Essence of Angels healing modality. You will also learn in more depth how to connect with the Essence of Angels healing modality without the use of Essences, to support students/practitioners in awakening to these ancient healing wisdoms. Firstly the course focuses on ‘The Power of You and your Story’. When you harness the ‘Power of You’ you are tapping into the core essence of your passion, tapping into the field of creation that transcends time and space and tapping into a vortex of unlimited potential. The skills learnt at the course can be used as a foundational framework for any business/personal ventures in your life and guarantee the success of any future events. The course then focuses on teaching methods, Essence of Angels / Sacred Geometry wisdoms, daily case history discussions (philosophical and to promote group discussion) and homework each evening (approx one hour each evening in your own time) to support the following days group work/presentations. Days 3 to 6 of the course runs from 10am to 6pm each day. It is essential that students attend ALL 6 days in full and complete all assessments over the 6 days in order to graduate at the end of day 6 with a Certificate of Metaphysical Healing – Essence of Angels Master Teacher (EAMT). There is no course cost to attend, just a minor charge to cover workshop catering (this cost would be around $25 per day, depending on the venue). Please note: It is not compulsory for Essence of Angels Teachers to sell Essence of Angels Products at your own two day face-to-face practitioner courses – students can simply be referred to our UniversalLIfeTools.com on-line store should they wish to purchase any products. However it is essential that Teachers provide a small selection of sample stock for use by students throughout their two day practitioner course, such that each student can use the essences/products to support their connection/learnings of this healing modality. Start up sample stock is provided as part of your course investment – thus no additional product purchases are required. Please also note, that in the Teacher Graduation pack (the 7 CD Teacher pack) are master copies of the 2 x A3 Full Colour Essence of Angels Posters. SCHEDULE B – Essence of Angels Teachers Course – Terms of Agreement

I hereby acknowledge and agree that: 1. In attending Essence of Angels Teachers course, the ownership of all intellectual property

provided in the teachings belongs to Simone M. Matthews (SMM), and that I may only teach the Essence of Angels 2 day Practitioner workshop in the manner expressly provided by this agreement.

2. I will complete all components of the Essence of Angels Teachers Course curriculum as set by

this prospectus and by SMM, in order to qualify for certification. 3. In attending Essence of Angels Teachers Course, and then in my subsequent relationship with

Universal Life Tools (ULT), I will not divulge any information I am privy to about the internal workings/business operations/ financial affairs of Universal Life Tools and its associated operations (eg The Wave of Love, School of Healing etc..) to any other person, unless expressly required to do so by SMM.

4. As an Essence of Angels Teachers Course student and then teacher of Essence of Angels, I

will not give/share/lend/copy etc in any form any Essence of Angels information (ie workbooks, tele-seminars, emails, master document files, etc..) that I am given authority to use by ULT.

5. All training/marketing/Teacher materials provided by ULT during the Essence of Angels

Teachers Course and then upon graduation (the full Essence of Angels Teachers Course Graduation pack) - I acknowledge I will adhere to the terms of use contained within the Essence of Angels Course/Teachers Pack and as outlined in this agreement.

6. During my attendance at the Essence of Angels Teachers Course I will not record the

proceedings of the workshop by use of any (but not limited to) mechanical, audio and/or visual devices (eg phones, dictaphones, video recorders, laptops, flipcams etc..), without the express permission of SMM. Photographs are most welcome, but please respect the privacy of other participants particularly during healing sessions and ceremonial work.

7. I will not teach Essence of Angels until I have been awarded by SMM the Certificate of

Metaphysical Healing – Master Essence of Angels Teacher (EAMT). 8. I will teach the Essence of Angels 2 day Practitioner Course in its entirety as a face-to-face

workshop only, and will not combine the teachings with other modalities. I agree that this is a necessary requirement of the ULT Metaphysical School of Healing (ULTMSH) to ensure consistency amongst Essence of Angels Practitioner (EAP) graduates and to abide by agreements ULT has in place with other associations which accredit Essence of Angels as a Practitioner Modality (eg IICT).

9. In teaching Essence of Angels, I will acknowledge myself as an EAMT certified by the

ULTMSH, but that all content is copyrighted to SMM. 10. I will not teach in full or part any of the Essence of Angels material as a full or part component

of another workshop, and have taken note that the teachings and Essence of Angels name are Trademarked to SMM.

11. As a certified EAMT, ULT welcomes and supports me in facilitating my own workshops/

teaching my own material as an important part of personal growth and community service. However I acknowledge that I will not teach Essence of Angels under any other name or guise.

12. As a certified Essence of Angels Teacher, all proposed Essence of Angels workshops are

registered with the ULTMSH. I will not facilitate any Essence of Angels Workshops unless they have first been registered with ULTMSH.

13. If in breach of any aspect of this agreement, my EAMT Teacher Certificate may be revoked,

and I will no longer have the legal right to teach Essence of Angels. 14. All training/marketing/Teacher materials provided to me upon graduation as an EAMT remain

the property of SMM, and if I am in breach of any aspect of this agreement, and hence my EAMT Teacher Certificate is revoked, then I agree to return all materials within 7 days of my Certificate being revoked.

15. I will endeavour to advance my training through continuing professional education (selected at

the discretion of myself), to ensure my knowledge/teaching skills are at a professional level as would reasonably be expected of a professional teacher.

16. As a spokesperson for Essence of Angels/ULT, I will uphold the professional reputation and
