Download Manager• One chapter can be downloaded at a time • Downloaded chapters can be accessed
without an internet connection• Every time a user signs in to the app, SMS
automatically check to see if their subscription to any eText on their app has expired
• If their subscription has expired, the full eText, including the downloaded chapters, will no longer be accessible
• The Business Unit can request that the download manager not be available to users

Two options available for iPad:• Modal
– User selects audio icon or hotspot and a player appears on the page
– The user is not able to navigate around the page while audio is playing
• Faceless– User selects a hotspot and audio begins to play
automatically– No player is presented to the user– Meant for short phrases or snippets of
information– Not recommended for long audio clips
