Administrative issues related to the meeting

• Reimbursement Send immediately the reimbursement form with documents:– The reimbursement form dully filled in (don’t forget the IBAN

code, bank - address and account owner )– The justifying documents (in original or copies specifying where

the originals are stored): • Flight tickets and boarding passes • Accommodation invoice

• An accompanying declaration of Staff costs for the days spent in relation to this conference (a model will be sent to all of you)

possibly reimbursement of all expenses you will request

Closing EUI-Net project

• Final report on 15 January, evaluation in February, last money to arrive on March

• Final activities:– Finishing all deliverables (outputs): books (3),

website, databases 15th June– Internal evaluation of the project 30th June– External evaluation 31st July– Follow-up of recommendations, corrective

actions: August, September

EUE-Net

• The new project

• Expected to start in Next October

• The first funding – probably in November

• From Practical Placement towards employment:– Quality standards for PP

– Available databases and functionalities

– CDO business insight

• Enterprise involvement in the academic life• Cooperation with third countries (China)
