Detail Knight Frank provided a full acquisition report on the 739,000 sq ft Trianon Tower, a 45-storey building in Frankfurt’s Westend-Süd.

Sector Retail (Shopping Centre)
Detail Valuation of the Thader Shopping Centre in Murcia. It was part of the collateral to back the Alpha Debt Sub-portfolio sold by Lloyd´s bank. It’s a 2006 building with 135 retail units in a 47,097 sq m GLA and 6,500 parking spaces, underground and outside.
02 Delta Lloyd Life SA, Belgium

Detail Cortenbergh 158 is a 6,000 sq m office building in the heart of the European District in Brussels. The building was totally renovated in 2001, counts 10 floors and offers all the modern comfort. The European Union occupies the whole building with a lease running till 2018.

Detail Metropolis Office Building II is a nine‑storey Class A office building in Moscow. Knight Frank provided annual valuations for internal accounting purposes.
03 Invesco Real Estate’s open-ended pan-European fund, The Netherlands

Detail Knight Frank was appointed to provide quarterly performance measurement valuations of the Entre Deux Shopping Centre. The property was redeveloped in 2006 and won the ICSC European Shopping Centre Award in 2008.
05 Capita Asset Services (Ireland) Limited, Ireland

Detail A headquarter building comprising eight storey 3rd generation offices with the total area of approximately 16,000 sq m. The entire building is let to State Street on a long term lease. The property is located in the prime Dublin CBD.

Details Rudna Logistics Park is one of the largest in the Czech Republic. The valuation, for secured lending purposes, involved both completed phases and additional development land at the scheme.

Detail Valued on a quarterly basis as part of AXA’s Added Value Fund, the shopping centre is located in Benevento within the Campania region. It comprises a gross lettable area of 18,566 sq m and is leased to 49 tenants.
