Provide documentation for all installation work done and
comply with Davis Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA) Allow u sage of the charger by the general public
Provide adequate signage to allow visibility to public

Cannot sell or move the charger once it is installed Allow anonymous data to be provided to Coulomb for
analysis.
