conferences,short studies.

-Conducting regular internal assesments of students through theory and practical

examination and viva voce.

- Monthly evaluation of department through monthly progress results.

- Assesment of students through class test, quiz, group discussions at regular interval of time.

- The department also has this practice of getting regular feedback analyzed and used for

corrective action.

FUTURE PLANS OF THE DEPARTMENT :

Our goal as a team in the teaching process of both undergraduate and postgraduates has

already shown tremendous results in the academic career of student at university level .

More interactive session between students and staff will be ongoing in future .

Practical based knowledge through working models will be promoted .Surgical

demonstration to the undergraduates students will be undertaken .

Research Work in the field of advanced surgical procedures carried out in reputed

universities around the world will be a part of the postgraduate programme .

The future affiliations towards exchange programmes with other surgical centres all over

the world is one such task on the list of many upcoming ones .
