*Confession of Faith Romans 8:1-2, 28, 38-39

Pastor: Christian, what are the benefits you have in Christ Jesus?

First, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ

Jesus, because through Christ Jesus, the law of the Spirit of life

set us free from the law of sin and death.

Second, we know that in all things God works for the good of

those who love Him, who have been called according to His

purpose.

Third, we are convinced that neither death nor life, neither

angels nor heavenly rulers, neither the present nor the future, nor

any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all

creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is

in Christ Jesus our Lord.

*Hymn 94 - How Firm a Foundation

(vs. 1-4, 6)

Call to Prayer Psalm 34:15

The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous,

and his ears are attentive to their cry.

Pastoral Prayer & Lord’s Prayer Rev. Josh Garrett

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy

Kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this

day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors.

Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the

kingdom and the power and the glory, forever. Amen.

us so that with “one heart and one mind” we are moving forward with

our new sanctuary. Let us pray that Sunday, October 15th will be a

glorious day to celebrate God’s faithfulness as we break ground on the

new building.

Our City & Country:

Ask God to restrain wickedness in our city; to convict men of their sins so

that they turn to Jesus the Savior; to write His laws upon our hearts so

that we might live to please Him.

in us what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for ever

and ever. Amen.
