Encounter the exotic atAlibi.Discover a whole new side to 100% plant-based dining within the wall of Woolloomooloo’s infamous Finger Wharf at Alibi Bar & Kitchen. It is an alternative destination for the already established Woolloomooloo dining hub, and for those who embrace a healthier lifestyle.

The menu has been developed by US celebrity chef and restauranteur, Matthew Kenney with a combination of classical and innovative cooking techniques used to showcase locally sourced plant-based ingredients. The menu features a selection of items that have been created through smoking, fermentation and molecular techniques.

Designed to share, the menu at Alibi features signature dishes such as Kimchi dumplings with sesame and ginger foam, heirloom tomato and zucchini lasagne with pistachio pesto, as well as a fun take on the Roman classic pasta Cacio e Pepe – with kelp noodles and crispy olives. The cocktail list is predominately plant-focused featuring an abundance of botanicals, fruit and vegetables.
