OLYMPIC GAMES : TRANSPORTATION1. The athletes will arrive on 25th April,2014.i.e

one week before the event.

2. The athletes will board a flight of Air –India(Which is our sponsors) and will land at Delhi Airport from where the A/c Buses (DTC-Delhi Transportation company) which operates bus services in Delhi would transport passengers upto Olympics village where the opening and closing ceremonies are to be held.

• Games Lanes Delhi Traffic Police has reserved a length of 200 km of roads in the city for Olympics officials and athletes. The lanes will be reserved for a span of 12 hrs in a day.

• The most technologically advanced bulletproof vehicle will be arranged for V.I.P’s .

STADIUM CLEANING CONTRACT – Will be given to company Named –KEEPIN IT COOL For :•Welding &Fabrication Services•Sound system Maintenance•Pest Control Services•CCTV system Maintenance.•After ceremony all the passengers will be transported through -Delhi Transport Corporation Private Cabs & Taxis from Stadium to Airport.

LegalLegal•For all the legal contracts – AZB & Partners.ie- rent for venue, AR Rahman performances, Folk dances, Broadcast rights.•Police Commissioner of Delhi-Bhim Sain Bassi.• For traffic control, sound permission.•Department Of Aviation – No Flying Zone.•Z+ Security –For monitoring the guest and providing security to the athletes .

Execute the contracts.

In case of any disputes, the matter will be dealt in the court under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

•Confirm catering volunteer requirements and forward request to Volunteer Services Coordinator•Volunteer service provider: GNCTD agency (provided same services to common wealth games)•Develop the event day plan for Catering•Determine total catering requirements (goods)•Collect the information on the food budgets and confirm the same with operations manager•Place order for required goods•Plan the lay-out of the volunteer break area•Link with the Logistics Coordinator for deliveries.
