Chewy bars¾ cup coconut sugar,

firmly packed1 (8 ounce) container

plain yogurt2 large egg whites,

lightly beaten2 Tbsp coconut oil2 Tbsp coconut milk2 tsp vanilla1 ½ cups gluten free

flour mix1 tsp baking soda1 tsp ground cinnamon½ tsp salt3 cups oats (quick

or old fashioned, uncooked)

1 cup raisins or 1 cup dried cranberries

DIRECTIONS:Preheat oven to 350°F.In large bowl, combine sugar, yogurt, egg whites, oil, milk, and vanilla. Mix well.In medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well. Add the dry mix to yogurt mixture. Mix well and stir in oats and fruit.Spread dough onto bottom of ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.Bake 28-32 minutes or until light golden brown.Cool completely on wire rack and then cut into bars.Options: Feel free to mix up the dried fruit or add some seeds if you prefer.
