The BAE Systems Theatre is a premium tiered-seating conference facility with state of the art audio visual equipment. Enhance your experience with a post-conference guided tour or special presentation by the Memorial’s curators and historians. The adjoining Captain Reg Saunders Gallery and Courtyard is included in the cost of hiring the Theatre and can be utlised for conference breakout, lunches and morning/afternoon tea.

Poppy’s is available for evening functions only, allowing your guests to take in the majestic beauty of the Memorial’s façade. Poppy’s is perfect for hosting arrival canapés and drinks prior to your event in Anzac Hall.

TOURS FOR PRIVATE FUNCTIONS

Captivate your guests with a private guided tour of the Memorial’s galleries and uncover the fascinating stories behind diaries, uniforms, medals, transport, or works of art. Hear about some of the men and women who have served Australia for over 100 years.

These tours may include a viewing of the Commemorative Area, the First World War or Second World War galleries, Hall of Valour or Aircraft Hall depending on the length of tour and interests of the group.

PRICING: $18 PER PERSON

LENGTH OF TOUR: 30 - 45 MINUTES

GROUP SIZE: UP TO 150 PEOPLE

SERVICES

The following Cleaning and Security Fees are added to your chosen Event Space Venue Hire.

CLEANING FEE

$58 per hour (Monday to Friday)

$84 per hour (Saturday)

$112 per hour (Sunday)

One cleaner is required per 100 guests, or part thereof.

Minimum four hours per cleaner

Cleaners are required 30 minutes prior to an event and one hour post event

SECURITY FEE

$52 per hour (Monday to Friday | Business hours)

$62 per hour (Monday to Friday | Outside business hours)

$72 per hour (Saturday)

$82 per hour (Sunday)

Two security guards are required for 100 guests

An additional guard for every additional 100 guests or part thereof

Minimum four hours per security guard

No security guard is required for Poppy’s Café

Secruity is required from bump-in to one hour post-event
