The following brochures provide examples of the crushing and screening plant which it is envisaged will be used, in conjunction with the existing primary crusher, in Stowe Hill Quarry to process limestone.

LT1315 and LT1415 - the new generation Lokotracks
Combining over 20 years of experience with the original Loko-track mobile crushing concept, Metso Minerals is now launchingan entirely new generation of mobile primary impact crusherplants.
The Lokotrack LT1315 and LT1415 combine constant highcrushing capacity, a broad range of process options and excel-lent operator-friendliness with the newest dust and noisereduction options.
Lokotrack LT1315 is the ideal machine for high capacity con-tracting jobs due to the low transport height, which enableseasy transport on a standard trailer. When equipped with theoptional over band magnetic separator and pan feeder belowthe crusher, trouble free processing of recycled materials con-taining rebar is possible.
Lokotrack LT1415 is designed to meet the challenges of today´smost demanding quarrying and in-pit crushing applications.With a capacity range of up to 900 mtph (1000 stph), easytransport and quick set-up, its an excellent choice for any singleor multi stage primary and secondary crushing process.
Powerful NP1315 and NP1415 impact crushers
The LTs are built around the powerful, proven Nordberg NPSeries impact crushers, which can crush medium hard rocktypes such as limestone as well as all rock-based recycledmaterials.
The NP crushers feature a large feed opening to avoid bridging,a unique triple-wedge hammer retention system for simpleand quick locking of wedges, and heavy-duty construction fora long and reliable service life.
Two feeder and one two deck screenoptions available
To meet your precise application requirements, the LokotrackLT1315 and LT1415 can be equipped with a pan feeder/scalperor optionally with a roller grizzly capable of handling the mostviscous feed materials.
The Lokotrack LT1315 and LT1415 can be equipped with theoptional, highly efficient two-deck screen and product con-veyors. This enables production of one or two calibrated end
products. When equipped with the cir-culation conveyor, the screen oversizefractions can be returned to the crusher.

Nordberg LT300GPB
Nordberg LT300GPB is a recent addition to the world renowned range of Nordberg LT crushing plants. Equipped with the high performance GP300 crusher LT300GPB has a throughput of up to 450 tonnes per hour. The Nordberg LT300GPB is the most effi cient closed circuit secondary crushing unit in the market that can be transported from site to site as a single unit.

ST620F - a new Lokotrack with a large horizontal screen
Metso Minerals, the world leader in rock and minerals
processing, has unveiled the new Lokotrack ST620F track-
mounted mobile screen, which provides the optimum solution
for the rock processing industry. The unit’s large screening
area combines high capacity with effi cient fi ne screening,
without compromising mobility.
The ST602F solid construction, plus an intelligent design, off ers
durability and an extended lifetime in demanding heavy-duty
applications. The standard unit is capable of producing 4 sized
fractions and accepts feed material of up to 200 mm (9 in.).
Built around the proven Nordberg FS303M triple shaft fl at screen
The new Lokotrack ST620F mobile screen is built around the
proven Nordberg FS303 fl at screen that has been widely used
in both stationary and portable applications.
This high performance horizontal screen accepts a wide range
of screen media options, and can be equipped with either an
apron or belt feed arrangement for excellent versatility and
fl exibility.
Power is supplied by a CAT Tier 3 powerpack, which meets
the latest global emission regulations and represents the
new generation of power supply. The higher rated power
availability allows the engine to operate well within the
recommended load parameters, providing durability and an
extended lifecycle even in the most diffi cult applications.
The Lokotrack ST620F is mounted on heavy-duty 500 mm
(19.7”) wide hydraulically driven tracks, providing agile on-site
mobility and low ground pressure. Optional remote control
enables safe and easy relocation on-site.
All conveyors are hydraulically folded and remain on board
for transport, minimizing costs. The unit’s dimensions
enable effi cient co-operation with other Metso crushing and
screening equipment.
User-friendly IC300 technology
The IC300 intelligent controller off ers fully automated control
of all machine functions when in screening process mode.
Screen speed, amplitude and conveyor speeds are constantly
monitored and adjusted, maximizing production rates and
end product quality.
A user-friendly interface with a new visual color display enables
easy operation with a single-button process start sequence
and advanced diagnostics for ease of maintenance.
