Home PageGreat news! Wisr has rolled out a new application process.

It provides you with a Rate Estimate based on your client’s credit score before you complete the full application.

This Rate Estimate does NOT impact your client’s credit score.

Add details for Rate EstimateTake a minute to add some key details regarding your client and you are ready to get your rate estimate.

If you do not have a DL, no worries, simply proceed directly to the Application form by pressing the button.

Important: Please download and share our Privacy Consent Form with your client. Please ensure you have obtained the necessary consent from your client to proceed.

Rate EstimateSuccess! You have a Rate Estimate based on a “soft”, Access Seeker, enquiry with a credit bureau

Select the Broker Fee you wish to add, the term your client prefers and click “Next Step”

The Rate Estimate details are then saved and available under My applications

Please note – your client’s credit score and the actual rate we offer may vary subject to the hard credit enquiry made on application submission.

Rate Estimate (cont)There will be times when the client data does not match the credit bureau database or gremlins get in the way and a Rate Estimate cannot be provided. In these cases, please contact Broker Support at 1300 992 007.

If your client has a Veda 1.1 credit score below our 400 cutoff level, we will not be able to assist them with a Wisr loan

Now complete the applicationThe application begins by you selecting a how you wish to distribute contracts and provide bank statements to us

Details input previously are auto-populated however they are editable.

Do not forget to provide Loan Objectives and Requirements. Add relevant file notes please !

View an applicationTo see details about your application, including the Rate Estimate received, press the adjacent VIEW button.

Resume an applicationTo resume a SAVED incomplete application, go to the Incomplete application list. Press the adjacent RESUME button.

You cannot resume a Submitted application.

Any changes to the application data are to be provided via contact@wisr.com.auor by calling the Broker Support team on 1300 992 007.

Joint applicationsObtain a Rate Estimate for Applicant #1 as described previously. If ok, complete the application and Submit.

The Completed Application page appears (left). Select “Add Joint applicant to this application”.

Complete the application details for Applicant #2 and Submit.

The Joint Loan interest rate will be based on the strongest credit score of the two applicants.

Joint applications (cont)You can also create a joint application from your Submitted Application queue.

Simply select the Update button, which takes you to the Completed Application page.

From this page select “Add Joint applicant to this application” and proceed as described on the previous page.
