Healthcare HelpA Personal Health Advocate (PHA) can help you with complex conditions, find specialists, address eldercare issues, clarify insurance coverage, work on claims denials, secure second opinions, help negotiate medical bills and more.

Wellness CoachingWhether you need to lose weight, get fit, lower your blood pressure or reach other health goals, we can help you get there. You will have unlimited access to a personal Wellness Coach to motivate you every step of the way.

EAP+Work/LifeShort-term, professional assistance is available to help you cope with stress, depression, divorce, family problems, substance abuse and many other temporary setbacks in life. Our Work/Life specialists will help you locate the right support services to help you balance your life.

What is Healthcare Help?The Healthcare Help feature provides personalized assistance to help you and your family navigate the complexities of the healthcare system.

When is it available?You can access the program 24/7. Normal business hours are Monday-Friday, between 8 am and 9 pm Eastern Time. After hours and during weekends, staff is available for assistance.

What does it do?A Personal Health Advocate can help you with a full range of healthcare and insurance-related issues to save you time, money and worry.

How does it work?If you have a healthcare or insurance-related issue, call our toll-free number. You’ll be assigned a Personal Health Advocate, who works with you one-on-one to find solutions to time-consuming issues, such as sorting out billing concerns, finding qualified doctors, transferring medical records, finding eldercare and more.

Our Health Cost Estimator™ service offers the average estimated costs of common medical procedures. Call us and we can give you the cost information you need, so you can make an informed decision.

Who can use it?The Healthcare Help feature is available to all eligible employees, your spouse, dependent children, parents and parents-in-law. If you have a question about who is covered for services, simply call us.

What is the Wellness program?The Wellness program features unlimited access to a personal Wellness Coach, by telephone or email, to help you set —and stick with—your personal health goals. Or, go at your own pace by completing an online Wellness Workshop. A full range of additional online health tools can help you better manage your health.

When is it available?You can communicate with your Coach by telephone or email at your convenience. The online health tools are available to you 24/7.

What does it do?The Wellness program can help you lose weight, get fit, reduce stress and reach other health goals. You have unlimited access to a personal Wellness Coach for ongoing motivation.

You also have access to online health tools, including a Health Risk Assessment that summarizes your health risks, goal trackers to help you chart your progress, a MedChoice Support™ tool to compare the pros and cons of medical care options, Wellness Workshops and authoritative health information on topics from A-Z.
