Admissions Criteria• Ages 18-26• Diagnosis on Autism
Spectrum, ADHD or other Learning Difference

Unique curriculum individualized for each students needs in the following areas:
Advising
• Oversees student progress• Liaison with family • Banking & budgeting• Goal setting• Weekly self-assessments• Person-Centered Planning
(PCP)• Transition counseling
Student advisors serve as case managers and as liaisons to families, keeping them up to date regarding students’ progress
Executive Functioning
• Executive Functioning– Goal setting and
assessing progress– Time management– Making plans and
completing tasks• Services– Individual apartment EF– Small group EF
A key skill required during daily activities such as making it to class on time and being organized with class work.
Social Competencies
• Individual Social Skills sessions• Group Social Skills sessions• Social Mentoring• Relationship Development• Theory of Mind• Scheduled weekend activities• Student Council• Cultural trips
Social competency is the glue that connects CIP’s comprehensive curriculum.
Health & Wellness

Therapy

C-STEP
• C-STEP (Career Skills Training & Employment Program)

Life Skills & Apartment Living
• Laundry, cleaning, organizing

CIP is one of the only programs where young adults can embrace and develop their performing and visual arts talents.

• Two week summer experiences for adolescents and young adults

– Beyond High School Summer Program
