Peter Walker – Chairman, DirectorMr Walker is a British geologist and mining entrepreneur with over 35 years experience in themetals and minerals industries. He graduated in Mining & Exploration Geology in 1973 fromthe Royal School of Mines in London. As founder and CEO of Scandinavian Minerals Ltd, hewas responsible for the acquisition of the Kevitsa, Finland nickel-copper-PGE deposit in 2000.Scandinavian Minerals went public on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 2004 and over the next 8years raised approximately 100 million Canadian Dollars in equity finance to develop Kevitsa.In 2008, Scandinavian Minerals was acquired in a friendly takeover by First Quantum Mineralsfor 281 million Canadian Dollars.
Christian de Saint Rome – CEO, DirectorChristian de Saint Rome – CEO, DirectorMr. de Saint-Rome has over 25 years of experience in the areas of early-stage corporatemanagement and financial services. Mr. de Saint –Rome is founder and CEO of CopperzoneResources Ltd, a project generator and exploration company in Zambia. Mr. de Saint-Romewas CFO then Corporate Development Advisor to Northern Shield Resources (NRN-TSXV); aCorporate Advisor, then Director of Scandinavian Minerals (SGL-TSX), which was sold to FirstQuantum (FM-TSX) in 2008 for 281 million CAD.
Mr. de Saint-Rome has worked with international companies such as; Deloitte Touche andRBC Dominion Securities. Mr. de Saint-Rome is the President of the Chambre de CommerceFinlande-Canada and a board member of the Lakeshore Soccer Club, one of Quebec’s largestsoccer clubs.
Mr. de Saint-Rome received his BA in Political Science from McGill University and hascertificates from the Sorbonne and the University of Vienna.

Paul Lemmon – COO, DirectorMr. Lemmon is a professional Geologist with experience in numerous jurisdictions worldwide.Most notably he has 20 years experience in several African countries.In addition to having held directorship positions at a number of public and private companies.Mr. Lemmon is the Chief Geologist and Director of Copperzone Resources Ltd, a successfulproject generator and exploration company in Zambia. Mr. Lemmon is Director and COO ofCold Rock Resources LTd (Sweden, Norway), and CEO of GroAfrica, an African agri-bio fuelbusiness. Mr. Lemmon is a Professional Graduate of United Kingdom’s Institute of Materials,a Fellow of the Geological Society of London, and a Registered Professional Natural Scientistin South Africa. Mr. Lemmon’s experience in the mineral/mining energy sector dates back toin South Africa. Mr. Lemmon’s experience in the mineral/mining energy sector dates back to1987.
Dave Paxton – DirectorMr. Paxton was educated in Zimbabwe and then trained by Goldfields of South Africa as amining engineer and mine manager of the production section. He completed a NationalDiploma in Metalliferous Mining in 1980 and acquired the Mine Managers Certificate in 1982.In 1983 he joined a South African stockbroker as a mining analyst for the South African miningindustry. In 1988 he moved to the UK as a mining analyst in London. Dave has 35 years withinthe mining industry. He was recently CEO of Vatukoula Gold Mines plc, and AIM listed goldmining company - which was sold in 2013 to a Chinese mining company.

Jeremy Martin Mr Martin holds a degree in Mining Geology from the Camborne School of Mines, and an MSc.in mineral exploration from the University of Leicester. He has worked in South America,Central America and Europe, where he was responsible for grassroots regional metalliferousexploration programmes through to resources definition and mine development. Mr Martinhas established a number of JV partnerships with major mining companies and has beeninvolved in the formation of four AIM and TSX traded companies. He has served on a numberof public company boards and is a member of the Society of Economic Geologists and theInstitute of Mining Analysts. Mr. Martin is currently CEO of Horizonte Minerals Ltd listed onAIM market and TSX - V with major nickel project in Brazil and with Teck as a strategicpartner.partner.

John H. Akwenye - Namibian retired lawyer with over 30 years of experience in business development in
Namibia. From 1994 to 2008, he was Chairman of Guinas Investents (PTY) Ltd a Swapo owned investment
company. He has been chairman of the Namibian Airports Company from 2001 to 2004. He is Director of
Corporations such as Areva Resources Namibia and PE Minerals and he his currently Chairman of Deep-South
Mining Company (PTY) Ltd, which is involved in the Haib Copper project with Teck Resources Ltd.
Pierre Léveillé - Over 28 years of experience in the International financial sector and 20 years of expereience
in the mining exploration industry. He has financed and managed exploration projects in Namibia since 1996
and has realized over US$ 50 million in transactions and financing of Namibian mining exploration projects.
He his currently Executive Director of Deep-South Mining Company (PTY) Ltd, which is involved in the Haib
Copper project with Teck Resources Ltd.
Nico Scholtz – Nico is a Namibian based Geological consultant with +10 years experience on projects in East,
West and Southern Africa. He serves as a Competent Person under JORC,SAMREC codes and Qualified Person
under NI 43-101 .
Rahim Khan – is Senior Partner at Rahim Khan & Company Attorneys in Gaborone,Botswana. Mr. Khan has
acted as Chief Magistrate for Gaborone 2000-2004, and a board member of Africa Wildlife Foundation, Legal
Aid board Botswana, Southern Africa Litigation centre,Sir Ketumile Foundation, and Botswana Railways. Mr.
Khan is the Honorary Swedish Counsel to Botswana.
Milton Kesupile – is a Botswana geoscientist and a graduate of a B.Sc Applied Geophysics. He is a founder
and Director of Terra Firma X-Ray, a mineral and geotechnical investigations business. Milton was an inter
Geologist at the Minitsry of Minerals, Energy and Water Resources – Department of Mines,Botswana, and
currently is an Assistant Teacher of Physics at Mogoditshane Senior Secondary School.
