An appointment with a provider will be scheduled for any chronic conditions presented at the Express Care Clinic. A triage nurse is available to assist with determination of acute versus chronic conditions and making future appointments with scheduled providers for chronic conditions.

A Benefits Coordinator is on staff at the Express Care Clinic to assist with resources as needed.

It is important to know that Express Care Clinic is not an emergency room. If there is a true emergency, please call 911, and go to emergency room.
