自動送りのボール盤です。コントローラの組みあわせで、通常加工とステップフィード加工の両方で使用可能です。

This is a vertical type of drill unit. Standard 1 cycle drilling and step feed drilling depending on the controller.

簡単操作、高耐久のオンリーワン商品です。内蔵のエアーシリンダで送り、タップがワークに食いついた後は刃物のピッチに沿って前進させる独自の機構です。そのため、複数の種類のタップの加工も簡単に行えます。

This is our only one type of tapping machine with easy use and High durability.The tapping machine feeding mechanism is moved by built in pneumatic cylinder. As it proceeds following the pitch of a tap, it can use for several pitch of a tap easily.

回転速度の変更が容易Easy to change the rotating speed

ボール盤の回転速度切替と同じ要領で4段プーリとベルトにより、回転速度の切り替えが可能です。It is available to change the rotating speed for 4 stage same as pulley and belt type of borr-bank drilling machine.ピッチが変わっても

部品交換不要It is available to use easily without changing any parts if a tap size will chang.

エアーシリンダにより早送りを行い、刃物がワークに食いついてから内蔵のバネが送り機構を担っている為、刃物自身のピッチによって自動前進します。そのため、タップサイズが変わっても部品交換が必要無く、簡単に使用できます。It is proceeded quickly by the built in pneumatic cylinder at first. It is proceeded automatically by the spring in the tapper after a tap start to cut a workpiece. Therefore, it can use easily without changing any parts.

2種類のコントローラを準備Two type of controllers are availavle

標準的な1サイクル運転ができます。付属のハイドロチェッカはHC-30が取り付いています。It can process standard 1 cycle operation. Hydro Checker (HC-30) is included.

■標準コントローラ（ドウェル仕様） Standard controller (With a dwell timer)

深穴加工などで切粉出しの為にステップ加工させることが必要な場合に対応できます。この場合、ハイドロチェッカはHCS-60が付属となります。ご依頼時は、型式の後に「ステップフィード仕様」とご記載ください。It is not only standard drilling but step feed

drilling for a deep hole. This type, the Hydro Checker will be HCS-60. Please put on "step feed type" after the model number.
