EZ-PC™ SupportRemote support requires an active Internet connection, and the Google Chrome browser. Follow the instructions below to install the required free software.
Install Chrome:
https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/
Click ‘Download Chrome’ (blue button). Follow the On-Screen Instructions to install Chrome on your PC.
Install Chrome Remote Desktop:
https://chrome.google.com/remotedesktop
Click “Add to Chrome” (Green button, upper-right corner).
To Initiate Remote Help:
1. Open a New Tab in Chrome (Ctrl-T on the keyboard).
2. Click on the ‘Chrome Remote Support’ Icon (shown here ).
3. Click ‘Continue’ on the authorization window (like this ).
4. Click “Allow Access” (the blue button).
5. Click the first “Get Started”, under Remote Assistance.
6. Click the green ‘Share’ button.
7. Tell the technician the 12-digit access code to begin.
