Instructions to access, download, and use EZ Thanks.*If you’ve already watched the animation and downloaded the app, scroll to page 6

BEFORE DOWNLOAD, CREATE PASSWORD

1. From your computer, log onto the BRAVO site

2. Click on your name

3. From the drop-down menu click Security

4. Update password and save. *This is your EZ Thanks password

Okay you have EZ Thanks, now what?

Send a Recognition

Start the recognition by

selecting the promotion

(BRAVO, BRAVO Plus

or BRAVO Plus

Leader).

Then tap the To:

Section.

Send a Recognition

1. Select a

person/people from your

recent list, team list or

use the Search

functionality, searching

by last name.

2. Once you have found

the person, tap their

name, then tap Done

*If recognizing someone with the

same name as others on the

site, tap the name to expand the

record and view their department

Add a Recognition Message

1. From the Award &

Message section, add a

message.

*If recognition is BRAVO

Plus/Leader, the Awards

points screen will appear

first.

2. Select the Behavior

1. Once you’ve entered

the person, award &

message, and behavior,

tap send to complete.

*Adding a photo/video is

optional

! eCards are NOT available

on the app.

• The photo will appear within the

recognition on the Public

Recognition Wall on the main

NM BRAVO site.

Adjust settings

The Settings tab will

allow you to select if you

want to receive

recognition notifications.

Receiving a Recognition

A notification will appear based on your EZ Thanks settings.

– This will appear no matter if the recognition was given from the main NM BRAVO site or the EZ Thanks app.

*To view entire recognition details, visit the NM BRAVO desktop browser (site)

version.
