DESCRIPTION
I\'m a cyborg now. Check out SPLAT COMIX which tells the story of how I broke my 5 ribs and my collar bone. (Yes, I\'m coming out as a cartoonist.) Just got a metal plate put in since it wouldn\'t heal. I hasten to add that this "non-union" (a) was not because I was bad. I was very good - didn\'t jump, do yoga, or bench press Mike (b) was not because I\'m too ancient. Dr. Solberg says he sees non-unions in 18 year olds. It just happens. Culprit could be the broken ribs. Enjoy SPLAT and the amazing before & after Xrays. Luckily I had Dr. Brian Solberg, top orthopedic surgeon in LA. Note: if you can\'t read the PowerPoint I\'m also putting this in Slide Share.

4 week later: new Xray reveals 5 ribs broken + collar bone.
15 weeks later: ribs healed, not collar bone. Dr. Brian Solberg (top orthopedic trauma surgeon in LA) turns me into a bionic woman. Now I’m a cyborg!
