Konklusion
Hoffnung
> Unsere offenen Probleme unterscheiden sich nicht wesentlich
von diejenigen der Wasseraufbereitung (Schmutzwasser,
Desalinisierung). Dort geht es allerdings um viel mehr und es
stehen entsprechende Forschungsresourcen zur Verfügung.
Gefahr
> Der Zwang zur Vereinfachung der Therapie wegen fehlender
Resourcen («black box approach») macht uns kurzfristig das Leben
leichter, längerfristig aber wahrscheinlich schwerer.
