Repair scope consists of:

1. window repair/replacement,

2. roofing and roof deck replacement where New Castle Fire Department opened roof while fighting the fire,

3. reinsulating floor,

4. reinstalling plywood floor sheathing removed as needed to remove wet insulation,

5. repairing damaged door,

6. replacing fire alarm devices and lighting consistent with 2009 work,

7. possibly reconstructing shelving for storage, and

8. possibly reconstructing an insulated head tank room.

It is intended that the customer will complete any repairs and/or changes to the damaged seawater system.

With customerʹs concurrence, the intent is to complete as many repairs under the 2018‐0336 Fire Clean‐up

project as can be done with remaining clean‐up funds. An FCR for the balance of repairs will then be

prepared and submitted for funding.
