The Mody Institute of Technology and Science aims at providing better career opportunities to the girls by introducing latest study techniques in its Faculty of Management Studies.
The Training & Placement department of MITS – FMS consists of a core committee that is supervised by the Placement head.
By giving the girls a chance to work as a trainee during their summer internships, MITS ensures they gain the best professional knowledge.

Based on comprehensive project writing, studentsplacements take place, they are guided and are encouraged toappear for employment based examinations (Ex- AIMA-MAST).
Students are prepared through personality developmentprograms and pre-placement training.
