Chicken Little ................... RECREATED!

~Chicken Little was in the woods one day when an acorn fell on her head. It scared her so much she trembled all over. she shook so hard, half her feathers fell out. Her heart began to race, her head felt woozy, she had pains in her chest.

~"My, oh, my, the sky is falling. I must run and tell the king about it!" she says, and begins to run.

~"Oh help! The sky is falling! I must warn the king!“ says Chicken Little, her heart still racing and anxiety flooding her with adrenaline.

~She runs and runs. Along the way she met Henny Penny. "Where are you going, Chicken Little?" Henny Penny asks.

~"Oh NO! How do you know?" Henny Penny asks. Once Chicken Little tells her, short of breath, Henny Penny begins to shake as well. She doesn't really care if the sky is actually falling, but it seemed like a good way to get attention. "This is terrible, just terrible! We'd better hurry up!" she lamented, and begins running past Chicken Little.

~Henny Penny throws her wings in the air. "But of COURSE it is, Chicken Little! We're all going to die! We MUST tell the king!" Chicken Little still looked unsure. When she turned her back, Henny threw a piece of an acorn at the chicken- this instigated another panic attack.

~Chicken Little, a few moments later, began calming down from her attack, so she stopped Henny Penny. "What if the sky isn't falling, Henny?" she asks.

~"Where are you guys going?" he asked, uninterestedly. He didn't really care where they were going, but they would go away faster if he pretended.

~Later, half-dragging the distraught Chicken Little, Henny Penny and Chicken Little came upon Ducky Lucky.

~"The sky is falling! The sky is falling! We're going to tell the king!" Henny and Chicken said- Henny started crying on Ducky Lucky, and Chicken Little was out of breath nervous.

~"Oh no...you guys should go tell him." Chicken Little and Henny Penny convinced him, despite his lethargy and unhappiness, to join them.

~They all ran as fast as they could- Henny Penny in front, flailing her wings and squawking in distress, Chicken Little in the middle looking nervously around her, and Ducky Lucky lagging behind. Soon they met Goosey Loosey walking down the roadside.

~She had been looking for them, feeling lonely, and as soon as she saw them she perked up. "There you all are! Where are you going in such a hurry?" Henny Penny explained with a flair, and Goosey (although she wasn't completely buying it) wasn't being left without them!

~"I must run with you then!...don't leave me," she said, clutching on to Ducky Lucky. Then they all began running again across a field.

Before long they met Turkey Lurkey sitting in the field, rocking back and forth.

"Help! Help!" Chicken Little said. "We're running for our lives!" Henny Penny cried."The sky is falling," Ducky Lucky explained sadly."And we're all...together...going to tell the king!" added Goosey Loosey. "I always suspected the sky would fall someday. Although I wouldn't tell the king, he orchestrated it. It's a plot to draw me out, I know it, I know it!" Turkey Lurkey said, still on the ground.

~”No," Goosey Loosey insisted, "you must come with us. I haven't seen you in so long, you've forgotten about me!"~Finally, Turkey Lurkey was convinced to come confront the king about his plot to kill the turkey. They all went running, and eventually met Foxy Loxy.

~"Help!" Chicken Little cried. "The sky is falling. I saw it with my own eyes, and heard it with my own ears, and part of it fell on my head! Twice! We're trying to get to the king, and maybe after we tell him I will be able to breathe again!" ~"Part of it fell on my head too!" Henny Penny lied.~“None of it fell on mine. I don't know why I'm here,” Ducky Lucky griped.~"I have missed you so much!" Goosey Loosey cried. ~"It's a plot to kill me I know it so I'm going to confront the king because he's behind it and he's probably going to execute me but that's okay because I'd rather be..." Turkey Lurkey was on the ground again, and Foxy Loxy eventually had to cut him off.

~Foxy Loxy was the town therapist. He had seen each of these animals at different times, and knew of all of their different psychological disorders. Chicken Little had a panic disorder, Henny Penny had histrionic personality disorder. Ducky Lucky had dysthysmia, and Goosey Loosey was overly dependent. Turkey Lurkey was a paranoid schizophrenic. ~"I see," Foxy Loxy said. "Well then, follow me, and I'll show you the way to the king."

~He led them straight to his den, and they never saw the king to tell him that the sky was falling...because he got all of the animals help- giving Chicken Little anti-anxiety medication, and Henny Penny behavioral therapy. Ducky Lucky was given anti-depressants, and Goosey Loosey received cognitive therapy. Turkey Lurkey was given antipsychotics. And they all lived happily ever after.
