Who we areA catalyst, collaborator, connector, and communicator, the Teaching and Learning Commons serves to enhance and advance teaching and learning at KPU. We off er a range of services, support, and resources for our educators including:

ConsultationsIndividual or group consultations provide complementary expertise to support educators in developing their teaching practice. Consultations are available for course design/ redesign and all related components including alignment, assessment, and instructional strategies. Support is also available related to integration of new technologies, educational media and digital learning environments (blended or online).

Consultations can be scheduled at all KPU campuses and are off ered in person, online, or by phone. Contact the Teaching & Learning Commons to request a consultation: [email protected]

Learning Technology and Educational MediaThe Learning Technology Team assists educators to utilize educational technology and media as well as supports blended and online course delivery. We off er individual or group, general or discipline specific advising, assistance, and resources to enhance the student learning experience. We support Moodle, Mahara, Kaltura, and a myriad of other educational technologies and are also available to assist you in creating video, audio, or graphic material.
