2 cups arugula leaves

2 tbsp. pine nuts, toasted

2 tbsp. freshly grated parmesan cheese

2 tbsp. olive oil

Let’s Cook!

Place half of the arugula into the Chop ’N PrepTM Chef and process until coarsely chopped. Place remaining

arugula into the base with the already chopped arugula and chop until fine. Add pine nuts and chop again.

Add parmesan cheese and chop some more. Add olive oil and give it another spin. Season with salt and

pepper if needed. Remove cover and blade, and place the seal on the container for storage in the refrigerator.

This is a great pesto to add to any pasta or for spreading on slices of a toasted French baguette.
