Advanced After School Fitness ProgramThe After School Fitness Program is a program designed to helpkids 8-14 adopt healthier lifestyles. This program is different from

other child activity options available locally because it:

Provides a non-competitive option for being active: Somechildren are not comfortable with team or performance-orientedactivities. The activities in this program are instructive andgroup-oriented but they provide a non-judgmental, stress-freeworkout for children of all abilities.

Offers parents flexibility: Children can attend sessions asfrequently as they wish on a drop-in basis for a nominal fee.We also offer a punch card option.

Offers an easy, accessible option for structured activity: Nospecial equipment, attire, or long-term commitments required.

Facilitates awareness, education, and experience for manydifferent fitness options. Because they get to try so manydifferent fitness options, children can have fun identifyingactivities that they really enjoy.

Offers a new topic for discussion each week, focusing on goalsetting, nutrition, hygiene, stretching, journaling, etc.
