A: No, MyHub is completely cloudbased so it’s accessed via the internet on any computing device with a browser; therefore all you need is an internet connection. Q: Is MyHub available on mobile devices? A: Yes, your full MyHub site and all the great features are accessible from any smartphone or tablet with a browser and internet connection. Q: What do I need to do to get up and running? A: Complete the online registration process and your intranet site will be created for you. When you log in, you’ll be taken to the Site Builder page. View the quick start guide video and you’ll be ready to start configuring your site. Q: Is support included? A: Yes, all MyHub clients have access to email support and the support material found within our resources page. Q: Do you offer a free trial? A: Yes, we offer a free 14day trial. The trial period will allow you to access all of the great features MyHub has to offer. Full support will also be provided during this period. Q: What happens at the end of the trial? A: At any time during the trial period you can start your monthly subscription. Once the 14 day trial has ended your site will be locked, your site and all data will be deleted 14 days later. We will send you reminder emails during this period to ensure you know that the trial is due to end. Q: Are my site and data secure? A: Yes, each MyHub site is secure, backed up daily, private and you control who has access via permission rights. Q: Where are your data centres? A: MyHub uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Virginia, North Carolina in America. All of MyHub’s software, data and client sites are hosted in this AWS environment. Q: Can I use my own domain name? A: Yes, whilst we recommend using the option provided during the registration process, you can use your own domain if you prefer. Once you’ve subscribed and paying the monthly fee please contact us and we’ll let you know how to do this. Q: What are your privacy terms? A: You can view our privacy terms here.
