Goodbye Rolling Hills, we will not forget you! - Class of 2017 FAREWELL TO ROLLINGHILLS Farewell RHPCS Even though I have only been here for two years, they have probably been the most fun here. My old school was Lowell Scott, and I wasn't going anywhere with my grades, I was going to be held back another year. It wasn't be- cause my education was low, it was just that I was a slacker at my homework. So my parents took me to Rolling Hills with my siblings, not only because of my grades but because my little brother was being kicked out of his old school. So my mom decided to move all of us. Not only was it different, moving from a large public school to a charter school, but when it had a smaller amount of kids, it made me realize how precious life is. At my old school, there were 3,000 kids, and they were just sacks of organs to me, but when you basically know everyone who goes to your school, that is a really precious thing. I lost a friend to a car accident a couple of years ago, so making friends at my old school wasn't a top priority. I was so depressed for so long, that was basically why I started failing school. But when I was moved to Rolling Hills, I met so many supportive people, I couldn't believe there was such a thing. I love how everyone just wants to help out with each other on homework, or personal things, or just problems in real life. Rolling Hills has been a great impact on me, and now I can “graduate with honors” Rolling Hills pushed me to my academic limits, and for the first time, I might end the year with a straight A grade record. I can't thank Rolling hills enough for all of their help, friendliness, and overall loving school. I really am going to miss this place. -Tori C. FAREWELL TO ROLLINGHILLS

Farewell RHPCS

Even though I have only been here for two years, they have probably been the most fun here. My old school was Lowell Scott, and I wasn't going anywhere with my grades, I was going to be held back another year. It wasn't be-cause my education was low, it was just that I was a slacker at my homework. I can't thank Rolling hills enough for all of their help, friendliness, and overall loving school. I really am going to miss this place.

Farewell RHPCS Letters

The last Shubert that is going to go here…………….. Well there is Dave but he's never going to graduate. I’ve been going here for the last 8 years and missed only about 5 days in total, that was a mistake. So goodbye I’m go-ing onto a lot better things now -Josiah S.

Goodbye RHPCS. I know Mr. Shubert will miss me interrupting his class. Rolling Hills gave me good memories but (no offense) I’m never coming back to this place. -Preston E.

Goodbye Rolling Hills, the last Varie is leaving. Thanks for all the memories. Now Mr. Shubert has to find a new favorite student. -Sean V.

Farwell Rolling Hills! Thanks for all the lessons you’ve taught me. Thank you teachers and volunteers. Without you all we wouldn’t be here today, knowing as much as we do. “Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.” -Ralph Waldo Emerson -Ava W.

“how lucky am I to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard”- Winnie

the Pooh. Rolling Hills this year has been so fun, so have the past years. I have

made so many amazing friends and memories at this school.—Bella P.C.

Thank you for all of the great memories, being at a small school means you get to

be closer to a lot more great people. Being an 8th grader is so fun because you feel

that, everybody looks up to you and you feel so special. You feel are proud of what

you have done and gone through to get to graduate. - Abby R.

Hey Tigers, my name is Daniel, I’m the illustrator and creator of the comic “Marcus and Chip”. But sadly, since I am in eighth grade, I’m going to have to say goodbye. I really wanted to do more comics for you guys, but school doesn’t last forever sadly. But I think I can still make and share comics, hope-fully. If you’re reading this, make sure to say farewell to most eighth graders, you won’t be able to see us for much longer.

( P.S: Since I have many different comic series, I will try to mix things up a bit every once in awhile, so be prepared :D)

Love, Daniel (Goopy) S.
