The check replications, DynaGrow S48RS53, were our 3 top yields from the plot, and were pretty consistent across the

entire plot.

There were some skips in a few replications that looked to be due to heavy wheat stubble. (Notice the dark spots in the

yield map)

There were some sporadic green stems throughout the plot but nothing that looked variety specific.

No fungicide applications were made to the research plot for fear of running over soybeans at the edge of the plot. The

field surrounding it did receive a fungicide application.

Some of the longer maturing beans had shriveled up pods at the top that didn’t fill out. Probably due to only receiving

0.64 inches of rain the month of October.

Used check average for first check replication. Cooperator did say that it was very similar to numbers on his yield maps

from the strip.
