Please bring morning tea, lunch and a refillable drink bottle. If bringing food please makesure it’s NUT FREE, nutritious and doesn't require heating or cooking.Please be mindful of the planned incursion/excursion and ensure your children are dressedappropriately. Don’t forget your sun smart hat, comfortable clothes, closed shoes and adrink bottle.To avoid loss or disappointment, please leave your valuables, money and electronic toys(including tablets and smartphones) at home.

Before making your booking & cancellations

All children must be enrolled with Primary OSHCare prior tobooking via primaryoshcare.com.au. Bookings made within 5days for a Vacation Care session will incur an extra charge of$10.00 per day per child. 7 days notice is required forcancellation of a Vacation Care booking to ensure you will notincur out of pocket costs. Please note that bookings cannot bemade online within 5 days of the session commencing. In orderto book within this period, you will need to contact the servicedirectly, the Customer Service and Billing Team on 1300 832695 or by emailing customerservice@primaryoshcare.com.au.

Child care subsidy

Our services are registered withCentrelink, so you will be able to claimChild Care Subsidy on your fees. Forfurther information please visithttps://www.education.gov.au/new-child-care-package-frequently-asked-questions. In order to claim ChildcareSubsidy for Vacation Care, we must havethe CRN and Date of Birth of you andyour child/ren. If we do not have thisinformation, full fees will apply.

Children with additional needs

We support all children includingchildren with additional needs. Ifyou would like to provideadditional information about yourchild and his/her needs or requireinclusion support funding, pleasecontact us 6 weeks prior toprogram commencement on 0447821 806 for staffing purposes.
