This uniquely designed open air community archery range offers eight shooting lanes with shooting distances of 10 - 30 yards, providing programs and shooting opportunities for people of all ages and abilities, allowing both bows and crossbows.

HUNGER GAMES SURVIVAL SKILLS Learn the survival skills you need to put the odds in your favor. Learn to start a fire without matches, make cordage (rope) from plant fibers and how to make six survival knots. Learn about wild edibles, useful plants, and plants to avoid. Learn archery and how to execute a perfect shot to harvest an animal humanely. BEGINNER ARCHERY CLASS Discover the sport of archery through instruction and games. This four week class will cover safety, use of equipment, and practicing the lifelong skill of archery. INTERMEDIATE ARCHERY CLASS This six week archery class will teach the Olympic sport of archery by shooting arrows with a bow to obtain scores. Safety rules, shooting techniques, tournament skills and several benefits of learning archery will be taught. Everyone will receive an official Farmington Hills Archery shirt and class ends with a tournament and certificates. All archery equipment for this program has been provided by Michigan DRN and Safari Club International-Novi Chapter.
