I am to convey the approval of AS & D C (MSME) for the sanction and allocation of fund amount of Rs. 1,16,00,000/- (One Crore and Sixteen Lakhs only) for performing Swachhta activities as per annexed Swachhta Action Plan 2021-22 to MSME-Dis/TCs/TSs & Br.DI, Balsheyog under object head OE (SAP) (2851.00.102.98.96.13) of MSME-Dis (Establishment) + TC/TS for FY -2021- 22 for the FY 2021-22 as mentioned below.

2. AIA/Director/Jt. Director/Dy. Director/ Asst. Director 1/c shall distribute the fund

allotted to them to their Br. MSME-DIS working under their jurisdiction.

3. In addition to Swachhta activities above the fund can also be utilized for compliance of SOPs and Guidelines for fighting against COVID 19, issued by Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Ministry of Home Affairs and DOPT.

4. The expenditure of Rs. 1,16,00,000/- (One Crore and Sixteen Lakhs only) will be accommodated in Demand No. 67 - Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) under object head OE (SAP) (2851 .00.102.98.96.13) of MSME-Dis (Establishment)+ TCffS for the year 2021-22.

5. The expenditure is to be made strictly as per GFR norms and as per Government Procedures I Rules and Guidelines.

6. AlA/Director/Director (1/c)/ Jt. Director/ Dy. Director/Asstt. Director (lc) should furnish the quarterly statement for expenditure incurred on Swachhata activities during financial year 2021-22 and also send the activity report mentioning achievements and impact of SAP during FY 2021-22.

7. This issues with the approval of AS & DC (MSME) vide E- office no.18958 dated 28/04/2021 .
