Shared Vision Helps Provide StabilityThe week of January 18th brought about major decisions for the Latin American continent! National directors not only listened to the new changes in the ministry since January 1st, but they voiced their strong support of us and their intentions to continue following our vision.

God was at work in the midst of meetings and decision-making. The Lord honored not only people’s commitment to respond to this call, but also the unifying direction of the leadership to expand this ministry into their countries. To prove this commitment, each person signed a document and agreed to uphold the vision of the organization, as well as to support each other in fulfilling the mission.

Special Visitors Attend Leadership Summit

The group was blessed to have Dave Rae share some insights over the weekend. Dave’s timely message encouraged us first to keep our eyes on Jesus, but to also remember our ultimate goal that God will utilize us to impact our world. Not only did he speak in the realms of the religious arena of the church, but he also related his message to the business world. We believe that bringing freedom to a person’s soul

is truly the first step in obtaining a life of financial liberation, which will also help fulfill the great commission.

Rich Roles, a long time ministry friend, joined us by telephone and shared his testimony. It was very special to hear him open his heart and share how Larry Burkett was so influential in his life.

One of our main goals at Global Freedom Concepts is to follow and uphold Dr. Larry Burkett’s original vision. We thank God for all of our faithful partners who have supported this vision and our organization.

We had an exceptional first weekend of the new year when Andrés tested our pilot program with over 4,000 people at Vino Nuevo (New Wine) Church in El Paso, TX. This 40-Day Devotional was created in partnership with Dr. Brian Kluth, who wrote the material and is graciously working with us on

the project. Although the program will not be launched until the end of 2010, many pastors have heard about it and have shown interest for their congregations. 5,000 books were printed for this pilot program, which the church has already begun using. We are expecting a good report next month.

Events Targeted To Hispanic Woman

In May 2010, we will hold the first of many events scheduled in Latin America during 2010-11. These events will not only help educate women, but they will also bring messages of hope and inspiration. All of the events will be priced low in order to achieve high volumes of traffic. We

will have many recognized international speakers with us. Several countries have already started to successfully organize these events and are expecting at least 1000 women for each event. The website at www.lamujerqueprospera.com will officially be launched on Feb 14th.

Strategic Press Release for Latin America and United States.In the first week of February, a strategic press release will be sent to major news outlets throughout Latin America and the U.S. This will announce the direction of CONCEPTOS FINANCIEROS and give information about the leadership team meeting in Miami, FL. We will also be unveiling our new logo, which is already being used to brand the new ministry.
