Dear Valued Residents,

In order to keep the grounds around our community clean,

sanitary, and enjoyable for all of our residents, it is imperative

that our residents with pets clean up after them. We have had

several complaints concerning this matter. Pets must be taken

to the designated areas away from building perimeter and all

pet waste must be cleaned up with baggies or poop-scoop

IMMEDIATELY. Any violation of these rules can result in a $50

fine per incident and/or but not limited to pet being removed

from the premises permanently. Pets must also be kept on a

leash at all times when outside of the apartment. Pets are not

allowed to be tied or staked outside your apartment and pet

owners cannot leave their pets on the patio or balcony unat-

tended. Please help us continue to make Colonial Village at

Huntington a beautiful and enjoyable place to live. See your animal addendum in your signed lease if you have any

concerns or contact the front office. We appreciate your

immediate cooperation.
