REPORT OF VICE PRESIDENT, FUNDRAISING

• Otis Spunkmeyer Spring Cookie Dough Fundraiser – – Feb. 9th-23rd – Cookie dough will be delivered on Wed. Mar. 24 and/or Thurs. Mar. 25– The Limo ride and pizza party will be in May! – Please contact Amy Rigdon at [email protected] to help.
• SPRING CARNIVAL – Sat., April 10th from 2pm-6pm– Still seeking help in all areas: Set up and tear down, cake walk, wrist band
sales, decorating, auction help, etc. So far, most all of our 6 volunteers are first year helpers, so we could really use your help as a newcomer or expertise as a veteran! We are having a great time together and invite you to join the camaraderie! Volunteering = friends!
– Please contact Jamie Lewis [email protected] to help with the Silent Auction or Shannon Blacklock [email protected] to help with the carnival. It's going to be awesome fun for the kids!!!

Works in drive-thru or dine-in! Don't forget to give your receipt and add your name and phone # to the back for free sandwiches and shakes! Our last
winner was: Jamee Yule, parent from Ms. Hines Kindergarten class! Congratulations!!

• Communications – Ashley Wade and Paloma Rodriguez– We are in the process of creating a new LTE PTA website! This site will
have more features, such as allowing members to sign up for volunteer opportunities. The new site should be launched within the next month. The old site will continue to stay up through the end of the summer as a link to the new one.
• Health & Welfare – Marlene Geschke
